Key Performance Indicators

Key performance indicators are adopted to monitor the overall achievement in accomplishing the college objectives. The first table lists all the key performance indicators to measure the required processes for each strategic goal outlined in the strategic plan of the college. Table 2 shows the primary KPI's that will be monitored closely by the vice deanship of development and quality and will be part in the management review process.
