Committee Tasks
  1. Preparing academic schedules, midterm, and final exams.
  2. Facilitating field visit requirements and addressing anything that hinders the educational process.
  3. Organizing the scheduling of graduation project and thesis defenses and proposing defense committees.
  4. Coordinating quality files at the end of each semester and uploading them to the department's Google Drive.
  5. Updating databases for faculty members in the department, including their academic and research specializations.
  6. Updating databases for internally and externally funded research projects and classifying published research.
  7. Holding seminars, workshops, and international conferences in specialized engineering fields that serve the industrial, technological, and developmental sectors in the Kingdom.
  8. Providing technical support for writing research projects and academic papers and contributing to their publication according to scientific and research standards.
  9. Providing technical support for new and distinctive graduate programs.
  10. Exchanging expertise with external research centers and units.
  11. Preparing the graduate studies and scientific research plan for the department and following up on its implementation.
