Committee Tasks
  1. Department heads should consulted throughout the creation of the schedule for each semester and class.
  2. To hold a meeting with the departmental representatives of the timetable committee.
  3. To create personalized faculty schedules (workloads) in order to facilitate any class work modifications within the faculty.
  4. Should promptly notify teachers of any modifications to the schedule and inform the HOD of any inconsistency in the schedule.
  5. The teacher & instructor should be assigned classes in accordance with their areas of expertise and also maximize the use of time and resources.
  6. Creating a tentative exam schedule and making it available for the students and faculty no less than thirty days before the exam date.
  7. To adjust the tentative timetable in accordance with any observed corrections that may have been brought up by the students or examiners prior to the timetable's finalization.
  8. To create an invigilation schedule for attendants, invigilators, and chief invigilators.
  9. To watch the procedures and behaviors of the invigilators and/or students while moving between the examinations sites to ensure the exam's overall sanity.
