Committee Tasks
  1. Preparing study schedules in coordination with other departments and colleges
  2. Following up on the departments’ commitment to the college’s controls in preparing study schedules
  3. Distributing the courses offered to the college’s halls
  4. Updating the study schedules committee file periodically to suit the needs of the department and college
  5. Checking the compatibility of the number of students in the section with the capacity of the hall registered for the course
  6. Coordination between departments; to achieve a balance between the capacity of the hall and the number of students in the course
  7. Following up on final exams and coordinating with examination committees in other colleges of the university
  8. Preparing the schedule of supervisors for each hall during the examination period
  9. Supervising the progress of the exams, students’ entry into the halls, distributing supervisors, following up on their attendance, identifying those who are absent, and reporting this to the Dean of the College
  10. Submitting to the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs and Development (College) or the Head of Department (Department) the committee’s minutes, reports and requests
