Committee Tasks
  1. Ensure that recruitment practices are aligned with university policies, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  2. Develop and maintain criteria for evaluating faculty performance based on teaching effectiveness, research output, service to the department, and professional development.
  3. Encourage and facilitate faculty participation in workshops, conferences, seminars, and training programs that enhance teaching skills, research capabilities, and industry knowledge.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for faculty members who have concerns related to their work environment, workload, evaluations, or other departmental issues.
  5. Develop programs to recognize and celebrate faculty achievements in teaching, research, and service to the department.
  6. Submit recommendations for improving faculty retention, productivity, and overall satisfaction.
