Committee Tasks
  1. Develop and implement quality standards and procedures to ensure the organization's outputs (services, products, or processes) meet high-quality benchmarks.
  2. Monitor the implementation of quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry best practices.
  3. Perform regular internal quality audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement within the organization.
  4. Conduct analyses and gather data to identify inefficiencies and areas in need of improvement, then propose strategies for enhancement.
  5. Design and conduct training sessions for employees on quality processes and procedures to enhance their skills and understanding of quality requirements.
  6. Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of innovation and development within the organization.
  7. Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and perceptions, using this information to guide quality improvement actions.
  8. Establish and monitor KPIs related to quality and development to assess progress and guide decision-making in the organization.
  9. Prepare detailed reports based on quality audits, assessments, and key metrics, providing management with insights and recommendations
  10. Establish and manage a Quality Management System to provide a structured approach to managing quality and development activities across the organization.
