1. تنظيم البيانات بأساليب تسهل عملية التخزين والوصول على المعلومات وقت الحاجة
2. اعداد الدراسات الإحصائية التي تساعد إدارة الكلية على اتخاذ القرارات
3. تزويد مختلف الاقسام بالإحصاءات والبيانات التي تحتاجها
4. الإشراف على الإحصائيات والاحتياجات المتعلقة بالكلية
5. متابعة احتياجات الأقسام الأكاديمية والمعامل
6. التنسيق مع أقسام ووحدات الكلية لتحديث البيانات وتبادل المعلومات
7. أرشفة جميع المعلومات الأكاديمية المتعلقة بالكلية والأقسام منذ نشأتها
8. إعداد تقرير تفصيلي سنوي عن سير عمل الوحدة

1. Organizing data to facilitate storage and access to be available

2. Preparing statistical studies that help the college administration to make decisions

3. Providing collage departments with the statistics and data they need

4. Supervising the statistics and needs related to the college

5. Follow up on the needs of academic departments

6. Coordination with the college departments and units to update data and exchange information

7. Archiving all academic information related to the college and departments since its inception

8. Preparing a detailed annual report on the unit’s progress
