مهام الوحدة

Unit Tasks

بناء قاعدة بيانات شاملة خاصة بالطلاب الخريجين بالكلية
متابعة تقدم خريجي الكلية في أعمالهم و تحديث بياناتهم بصفة مستمرة.
إعداد الاستبيانات الخاصة بجهات العمل لتقييم أداء خريجي الكلية و استطلاع أرائهم فيما يخص البرامج الأكاديمية المختلفة و المقررات المقدمة بها.
تنظيم لقاءات مع بعض الخريجين الذين على رأس عملهم لمعرفة أرائهم و مقترحاتهم حول تطوير الكلية
إقامة فعاليات حضورية او عن بعد ليوم المهنة التخصصي واتاحة الفرص للطلاب والطالبات بعد تخرجهم ويمكن تنسيقها بالتعاون مع نادي الكلية كنشاط مشترك
إقامة اللقاء السنوي للخريجين.
إعداد التقرير السنوي للوحدة

1. Building a comprehensive database of college graduate students

2. Following up on the college graduates’ progress in their work and updating their data on an ongoing basis.

3. Preparing questionnaires for employers to evaluate the performance of college graduates and survey their opinions regarding the various academic programs and the courses offered in them.

4. Organizing meetings with some graduates who are currently working to find out their opinions and suggestions about developing the college

5. Holding in-person or online events for the Specialized Career Day and providing opportunities for male and female students after their graduation, and they can be coordinated in cooperation with the college club as a joint activity.

6. Organizing the annual meeting for graduates.

7. Preparing the annual report for the unit
