  • Preparing for the registration period at the beginning of each semester.
  • Processing students' schedules by categories, periods, graduate, visitor, and regular.
  • Implementing students' requests (Tawasol)  to modify their schedules for deletion, addition, and transfer sections.
  • Processing and recording graduation projects according to regulations.
  • Distributing students to academic advisors for all departments.
  • Assigning classrooms, labs, and times for all courses before the start of each semester. 
  • Studying and modifying lecturers' schedules according to the load and specialization.
  • Following up on updates with the Deanship of Admissions and Registration and implementing their outputs in the academic system.
  • Preparing for final exams including scheduling, committees, halls and resolving conflicts.
  • Reviewing and modifying available reports in the academic system.
  • Providing departments and units with reports, statistics, and records as needed.
  • Checking final exam reports and ensuring the semester is closed without any deficiencies.
  • Preparing the quarterly and annual reports for the unit.
