Unit Tasks
- Technical support for faculty members regarding all online activities on Blackboard (including virtual classes, announcements, content addition, assignments, tests, forums, grade center, etc.).
- Preparing reports on the progress of e-learning and online examinations at the College of Engineering to identify and resolve issues.
- Coordinating the process of obtaining course quality certification (QM) for the courses.
- Coordinating and approving courses from open sources (MOOCs) for the college’s program departments.
- Organizing and conducting workshops to clarify new programs and activities in the unit.
- Publishing announcements from the Deanship of Electronic Services about the services provided by the deanship.
- Managing the content of the College of Engineering website.
- Enriching and enhancing the college's website with various types of content such as news, events, announcements, and other electronic forms, including contact information.
