  1. Coordinating the organization and implementation of graduation projects within the department.
  2. Ensuring that all student projects adhere to the department’s academic and professional standards in terms of content, methodology, and quality.
  3. Ensuring clear and effective communication between students, supervisors, and department staff regarding project expectations and deadlines.
  4. Creating a well-organized project schedule for each semester.
  5. Coordinating with the college for Engineering Day events to ensure the participation of students from the department.
  6. Developing and maintaining the project schedule, ensuring that all key milestones are achieved and deadlines are met.
  7. Encouraging collaboration between students from different sections or disciplines to enhance learning and improve project outcomes.
  8. Ensuring that all projects comply with the department's quality standards and align with academic and professional expectations.
  9. Providing guidance or mentorship to students who may need additional support in effectively managing their projects.
