  1. Receiving faculty-position requirements from the department
  2. Approval from Dean about the requirements of department
  3. Receiving CV's and relevant documents from applicants
  4. Clarifying inquires of applicants with regards to professional issues 
  5. Short listing applicants
  6. Forwarding the selected list to Dean
  7. Guiding appointed applicants to get documents attested in embassy and getting their visa attestation
  8. Guiding appointed applicants in arriving Abha
  9. Presenting the arrived appointed faculty to Dean, Vice-Deans and Chairmen for Joining on duty.
