The E-Learning Unit at the College of Engineering invites you to attend a training to introduce e-learning and electronic system

 

Based on the role of the e-learning unit as a partner in the educational process, all new male and female students are invited to attend the online training program to introduce E-learning and how it is applied at the university and to review the Blackboard learning management system through the virtual class in zoom.

The course includes:

• Explanation of the concept of E-learning and the types of its application at the university

• informing students about the necessary technical requirements

• use of Blackboard and browsing one of the courses in the Blackboard system and review: the lectures page, the assignments, and tests, the discussion forums, access to the virtual class, etc…

• Activation of the university email for students to receive course notifications

• Following Tamkeen's YouTube channel

• Explanation of the difference between the Academia system and the Blackboard system

• Introducing students to technical support channels at the Deanship of E-Learning

• Downloading the Blackboard application on the mobile and activate the alerts

• Answering students' inquiries about e-learning
