His Excellency the Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Muhammad Al-Khaloufa Al-Asmari, signed a cooperation agreement between the College of Engineering and the Saudi Export Development Authority, “Made in Saudi Arabia Program,” in the University City of Al-Fara’a. His Excellency represented the university in signing the agreement, while the Saudi Export Development Authority was represented by the General Supervisor of the “Made in Saudi Arabia” program, Faisal bin Ahmed Al-Maghlouth. For his part, the Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Muhammad Al Misfer, explained that the agreement aims to coordinate and enhance cooperation between the two parties, in the strategic and operational tracks, through joint projects, exhibitions and initiatives through dedicated contact points.The use of the “Made in Saudi Arabia” label on marketing materials in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and social and media outlets, and the establishment of a student club called “Made in Saudi Arabia” to spread the culture of Saudi industries. It is noteworthy that the “Made in Saudi Arabia” program is a national initiative launched by the Saudi Export Development Authority as part of From the National Industry Development and Logistics Services Programme, it aims to stimulate national industries, encourage consumers to buy local goods, and develop and enhance the Kingdom’s exports to global markets.
